A new Corrupted trait has surfaced within the apocalyptic world of Amicabots... Tarnished Form!

This trait gives an Amicabot an alternate form that resembles its original, but has clearly been damaged and worn by time. It can be obtained with the Broken Clock item, which will be available sparsely during certain events and permanently purchaseable twice pear year at Zip's Station!

You can now craft Upgrade Shop items! Yep, all of them! All you need is crafting ingredients, which can be obtained by foraging in the Abandoned City!

As a reminder, Winter Seasonal traits are still availabe to craft until March, too!

Craft plenty of things, anytime, at the Crafting page accessible via the Activity tab!

Hello, everyone! Some exciting news for you all: Robuddies are back, and available to make & add to the Companion Masterlist! If you've been with the species since its DeviantArt days, you may remember Robuddies as the first companion species for Amicabots. Now, they're available in the MYO shop for FREE, once-per-month, per-user! They are tradable, so if you'd like to obtain more than one per month, you can trade MYO slots or premade Robuddies with other members within the group.

Robuddies are still an open species, but a new rule has been made that you'll need to have a Masterlist entry for them to be used in on-site activities and prompts with your Amicabots. The once-per-month obtaining limit has been put in place to make approval work easier on moderators, as we have to manually review every submission. You're still welcome to make Robuddies anytime for free off-site! However, as of today, only Robuddies on the Masterlist can be used in website activities. Old Robuddy designs can can be uploading to the Companion Masterlist via the MYO slots!

Hello, everyone! I'm excited to bring a new feature onto the Amicabots website: the Scrapyard!

The Scrapyard page serves as a location where you can surrender unwanted Amicabots that will be rehomed for free to other users in raffles and as prizes. If you have any Amicabots you'd like to get rid of, the Scrapyard is the place to go! Please be sure to read the page's rules if you have any intention of surrendering Amicabots, as the process is deliberately thorough to prevent any accidental character loss.

The Scrapyard is currently accessible via a link in the Donation Shop! In future updates, this may be subject to change, but it's the easiest way I can link it without having coding knowledge.

Thanks for checking it out, and I look forward to giving good homes to any unwanted Amicbots!

Hello, everyone! Happy new year 2024! I've got a little update I've cooked up for you all... a new trait item, a new crafting component, and an update on trait descriptions!

Electrical Wires is now available for purchase at the Upgrade Shop!
This grants the Frayed Wires trait. In addition to this, Elecrical Wires can be found when foraging in the Abandoned City!

Additionally, the Trait Page in the encyclopedia has had an update to item descriptions! You can now see what items grant which traits.
The traits that don't have any items mentioned haven't had any items made for them (yet) or can only be ontained via MYO slot or mod customs, in the case of Corrupted traits.

Thanks for reading! In the future, I hope to create more trait items so that Premium-and-lower traits will be accessible to all Amicabots.

To celebrate Winter, I've added in a new seasonal Foraging area! This area, The Tundra, will be open until March 1st. You can find various odds and ends within the tundra, including existing items and Spare Parts, and... two new critters!

The Tundra may be foraged at three times per day, costing one stamina each time.

Hello, everyone! I'm excited to announce another feature I've developed... Companion Species!
Since Critters have been so well-received, I'd like to intruduce Domestic Gaskits! They're like regular Gaskits, but you can make your very own! With Companion species, you can make

Starting today, you can obtain our very first Companion species... the Domestic Gaskit! Click their name to learn more about making one.

So, how do you obtain a Domestic Gaskit MYO?

Well, for the first week (Until December 17th) you can obtain a MYO slot for free at Orion's Oddities!
If you'd like more, or if you're reading this announcement later on down the line, you can obtain them from the MYO Shop up to twice a month for 10 Spare Parts each, or you can find them rarely by foraging daily in The Abandoned City!

(Note: all MYO slots on-site have the same basic masterlist placeholder image, so when you use a companion slot, it'll look the same as an Amicabot slot, image-wise... you can see the specific species over where the traits are, though!)

Depending on how well-received these little creatures are, we might even see more Companion species showing up on the Masterlist soon... perhaps there might be some Giant Isobots out there, some day...?

Hey there, Amicabot community! We've added a new feature... Critters! Critters can be obtained primarily by Foraging in the Caldera, but some may appear in other foraging areas in the future. Critters can be given to Amicabots and named, and can also be sold for 2 Spare Parts each if unwanted.

Currently, four critters are available to find!

However, we'd like to add in more! That's where our new feature comes in... the Critter Coloring Contest!
The contest will go on until January 8th! Each entry will earn you 10 Spare Parts as compensation, and three winners will receive 5 Gears and a Premium MYO each!
